Can I somehow reach my driver before my arrival?

Yes! Of course you can always call us on our 24 hours phone hotline or write an email to us. You will immediately receive an answer.

How does Booking work?

Our online Booking system works really simple. Just follow the three steps illustrated on the home page and fill in all the required information. In case you still need help with anything, don’t be afraid to give us a call.

How will I know who is my chauffeur when I arrive?

Don’t worry about recognizing your chauffeur when arriving. He will carry a nameplate with your name on it and will wait for you.

What are the payment options?

You will pay for your transfers directly at your chauffeur. You can choose between paying in cash or via credit card. We support all basic credit card institutions.

Where can I state any special wishes/concerns?

There is an extra field within our booking system for special wishes (for example baby seats, wheelchair, etc.). If you still have any questions, you can of course always give us a call.

What happens, when nobody is there to pick me up?

Don’t worry. In case of this rare situation, immediately give us a call so that we can solve your problem right away.

Do I need a credit card for booking?

No, you will not need a credit card for the reservation. The payment will occur, when you meet the chauffeur. There you can choose between paying in cash or with credit card.
